Damaged Artwork
If you notice any serious damage to the outside of the package, please do not sign for the delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected]. Please be sure to include your tracking number and, if possible a photo of the package.
If you notice damage upon unpacking your art notify us within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. Please email [email protected] include your tracking number and photos of the art. We will make arrangements to replace the art with a comparable piece of your choice.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
